In 2003, the Hong Kong Housing Society had introduced the “Senior Citizen Residences” scheme involving the Jolly Place in Tseung Kwan O and the “Cheerful Court” in Ngau Tau Kok. Both projects adopted the “General” environmental friendly refrigerant Split-Type air conditioners.
